Karen is an Automotive Specialist with extensive experience of Automotive retailer operations, both commercial and financial. She understands the many challenges an automotive retailer is faced with, and comprehends the complexities of retailer networks, the pressures of the industry and the skills required from a commercially successful retailer management team.
Karen started out in her automotive career selling Commercial Vehicles for a Mercedes Benz dealer. She went on to work in automotive retailing for three high profile UK Motor Groups. She then developed her career with manufacturer operational and financial roles at BMW, Rover Cars and Toyota and latterly spent 12 years with Mercedes Benz UK in a Network Development role.
She is experienced at developing and delivering Management Assessment, Management Training and Management Development programmes. She has worked in both the client and delivery sides of Management Assessment, Training and Development and has extensive experience assessing at Director, Senior Management and Line management level.
Karen also works with key clients in delivering Senior Management Performance Coaching, focusing on delivering measurable, positive outcomes with Development Programmes for both clients and candidates.
