Hannah is a sport and exercise psychology consultant working with athletes, teams, coaches and clubs to enhance performance and overall wellbeing. A triathlete herself, Hannah regularly competes in a variety of distances from sprint to full Ironman. Most notable she completed Ironman Kalmar in 2017. Hannah also works with the City Mental Health Alliance, helping to improve mental health literacy in the workplace and to raise the awareness of practical steps employers can take to support their employees' mental wellbeing. As a performance coach, in her spare time Hannah also runs Kalm Events which hosts wellbeing weekends and day events to help people get the best out of themselves and thrive in life.
