Tailored first aid training

The content of our training courses is always tailored to a client’s realities – a large manufacturing organisation and a small outward-bound or rough shooting organisation require quite different training.

All of our training is delivered practically with a hands-on skills-based approach. Participants start by learning the required skills, and by the end of the course they will be utilising those skills in scenario-based training that will simulate situations they may face at work.

Our courses are accredited by the highly respected ATACC group and use the BURPS algorithm, developed by leading pre-hospital doctors and clinicians.

B.U.R.P.S is a simple and intuitive methodology which allows for immediate assessment, with a simple and quick means to identify serious problems - it also avoids missing injuries or signs key to empowering first aiders to save lives. It has already been adopted widely by the emergency services and in industry.

There are three formats for our First Aid training courses. You may choose to send some employees on the 3 day course, and some on the 1 day course, successful completion of each of which results in a First Aid certificate. We also run ½ day or 2/3 hour trauma awareness courses; these are ideal for company off-sites or other meetings, as a group activity.
