Developing Leader programme with Gateley PLC
A unique leadership development programme. The developing leader is a modular programme that enables delegates to focus on key areas of development. An intial assessment enables delegates and the Sandstone team to assess delegates' leadership and communications skills.
Personal feedback sessions with the delegates allow them to choose which of the 7 available modules will best enhance their skills, without the need to waste valuable time on modules which will not benefit them.
