Demons in the desert ...
Sandstone Director Tim Bradshaw recently completed the RallY Du Maroc. A note rider just 18 months ago the rally saw him riding across the desert and navigating in temperatures over 40 degrees centigrade. Over the course of 5 days he raced the equivalent of riding from Edinburgh to London 5 times.
The rally program is being used as part of the #BecuseICan schools initiative to encourage young people to take up STEM subjects. The plan is for a number of them to help mechanic on some of the British Championship Rally rounds.
