A day to save a life. Free to attend workshop.

A day to save a life. Free to attend workshop.

On the 29th November at BlueSky Experiences our team are running a free to attend workshop that showcases how first aid training and mental health should be delivered in order for it to be effective.

The day consists of 2 sessions with lunch and networking in between.

Session one will be a practical demonstration of trauma first aid training and bust a few urban myths.

It will prove why first aid training should never be taught online and needs to be scenario based.

In the event of a major bleed you have just 2 minutes to react, what would you do? Do you have the right equipment? Let us show you.

Session two will be a journey to the slopes of Mount Everest. If you operate and work in ever changing high pressure environments the ability to facilitate resilience in others and manage mental health is crucial to success. This require practical training and planning. This workshop utilises the teams experiences on the side of mount Everest to highlight a different way of providing this sort of training.

Please come along on the 29th and let us show you what can be achieved...
