Don't take our word for it...

Our chief instructor Mike Hope spent three days with the Hydrasun team delivering their first aid at work course. They work in a complex, high pressure potentially hazardous environment.

The HSE first aid at work document doesn't talk about written tests or specific course content. It states that participants should be more confident and able to perform first aid techniques relevant to their place of work after training.

So we asked them two simple questions.

- How do you feel before the course?
- How do you feel after the course?

Watch this short video to see their thoughts.
