THE HUB

Individual or small business subscriptions to the Hub may be cancelled at any time by the subscriber, effective from the date when the next monthly subscription payment is due.

Corporate subscriptions to the Hub may be cancelled at any time, effective from the date of the next annual renewal.

Videos published by Sandstone on The Hub are for general business training purposes only and cannot and do not constitute advice on how anyone viewing such videos should act or fail to act in any specific circumstance. Sandstone shall in no event be liable in connection with any action or failure to act by anyone having subscribed to, or having watched gratis, any of the videos published by Sandstone on The Hub and who claims to have relied upon it in acting or failing to act; this exclusion includes indirect, special or consequential losses or damages of any kind, including lost profits, regardless of the form of action by which such losses or damages may be claimed.

ALL OTHER DEALINGS

All other dealings with Sandstone Communications Limited (Sandstone) are subject to the following terms and conditions.

  1. These terms of trade (the Terms) apply to all contracts, bookings for courses, events, coaching, consulting, mentoring, assessments, commissions and all other dealings without limitation between Sandstone and third parties.
  2. The Terms cannot be cancelled, overridden or varied, other than in writing signed by a director of Sandstone, and any and all statements such effect by suppliers, clients or other parties with whom Sandstone deals are null and void.
  3. Bookings made by clients with Sandstone:
  •  FEES: if a booking with Sandstone (a Booking) is cancelled by the client, the fee for the Booking is payable in full by the client if the cancellation is made 14 or fewer days prior to the Booking, and 50% of the fee for the Booking is due if the cancellation is made from 15 to 30 days inclusive prior to the Booking.
  • EXPENSES: if a Booking is cancelled by the client, any expenses related to the Booking which have or must be paid by Sandstone, and which cannot be cancelled and/or are not refunded to Sandstone by the provider, are payable in full to Sandstone by the client, irrespective of when the cancellation is made by the client.

4. Payment for Invoices raised on Sandstone’s clients must be received by Sandstone at the latest on the 20th day after invoice date, unless an earlier or later date is shown on the invoice. Interest is charged on overdue amounts at 2% per month, and pro rata for periods of less than a month, with monthly compounding.

5. The copyright in all training materials produced by Sandstone shall without exception be owned by Sandstone.

6. All business relations between Sandstone and its clients shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of England, and the courts of London, England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
