Walk and Talk. The link between exercise the outdoors and mental health is undeniable. Less discussed is the effect the release of endorphins has on our ability to focus, problem solve and learn. Whilst you are at one of these stunning locations a member of the Sandstone team can lead your group on a hill walking facilitated discussion. The aim is not to “beast” the team but to use inspirational views and light exercise to stimulate uninterrupted team building and collaboration. Depending on your requirements our team can create facilitated discussions based on leadership, team building and resilience.

Leadership and resilience summit. The Sandstone team can operate in a number of ways to support your leadership offsite event. The team can create workshops specifically tailored to your development needs. These can include team building exercises, facilitated discussion groups and leadership development programs. Alternatively the team can “plug in” to your existing program and help to enhance content and engagement.

DISC profiling. In order to accelerate team building and enhanced communication development Sandstone can conduct personality profiling prior to your team arriving. Each delegate will then be given their personal profile and a one to one coaching sessions. The profiles can then be combined to help team members better understand how to cover each other’s blind spots and collaborate.

Bespoke team building and leadership packages. No two teams interact or communicate in the same way as a result you feel as though a bespoke package with specific and measurable outcomes is more appropriate for your team or circumstances.

DISC personality profiling

Outcomes:

You can accelerate and enhance the team building process by creating a personality profile for each team member.

DISC personality profiling

If your teams have been working remotely or contain members who have never met before, a personality profiling exercise is very useful in enabling them to more quickly gain a deeper and more effective understanding of each other. Prior to attending a review session each participant completes an online profiling questionnaire. This will then be used to help them understand how they best fit into the team, and how to relate to fellow team members. Each participant receives coaching and feedback on her or his profile, and takes a copy back to the workplace for future reference.

Coaching and Mentoring

COACHING helps employees to address specific short-term issues. MENTORING supplies longer term career development support and advice, drawing on the broad business experience of our mentors.

Coaching and Mentoring

COACHING: this seeks to deliver specific, detailed, and measurable performance gains to employees.

Our global team of Sandstone coaches all have vast corporate and/or practical leadership experience.

We match a coach from our pool to a client’s experiences and needs, so that the coach can properly understand the client’s issues and be in a position to make appropriate inputs where required.

MENTORING: many blue chip organisations invest in their high potential staff by assigning an external mentor to help them navigate their way through the complexities of their developing career.

Unlike coaching, which help employees address specific short-term issues, mentoring supplies longer term career development support and advice, drawing on the broad business experience of the mentors.

Sandstone mentors will work with executives at any level in an organisation.

Our mentors are all Sandstone principals with significant business experience.
