These workshops will see your team solving practical problems as a unit. They will leave the session invigorated and inspired. The session will involve a number of practical team-buidling exercises supported by feedback and coaching from the Sandstone team.

Many teams have been working remotely for an extended period of time. Many current team-mates have never physically met each other! It is now vital to re-establish the skills required to operate in a face-to-face environment in order to enable your team to maximise its potential.

The client can choose between a number of our high perfomance team specialists, all of whom have an interesting and inspiring background; participants will be able to talk with them and learn from their experience.

We are not born resilient. This workshop will deliver a tool-kit and a strategy that will enable participants to become resilient and cope more effectively when they are having a bad day. It covers communications skills and leadership advice for team leaders. The tools developed in this workshop will stay with participants for the rest of their careers and are equally valid for use in their personal lives.

Offsite Leadership Development

We run 1/2 Day, 1 day and 2 day Leadership Development Training Courses at Crieff’s hotels.

These courses are run in groups of 4 to 6 participants, with no limit on the number of groups.

The Crieff premises incorporate aerial ropeways, off-road driving courses and practical field exercises which fully engage the participants as they learn leadership skills to use in their everyday business lives.

We also run a Walk and Talk Outward Bound Training Course, where a Sandstone guide teaches leadership and group management skills throughout a day in the stunning Scottish countryside.
