1. Initial Meeting and First Aid Training Risk Assessment and Requirements
Sandstone met with the client on site prior to training taking place and identified the specific First Aid Training Requirements.
2. Identify Training Needs
Elements of the course were designed and tailored to meet the requirements of the First aid Risk Assessments. All companies should have this First Aid Risk Assessment prior to training according to HSE Best Practice Guidelines.
3. Provide Bespoke First Aid at Work Course
We then delivered our 3 Day First Aid at Work Course for the Hydrasun Engineering Staff using immersive scenarios within their workplace.
4. Review course
Gather feedback from participants to ensure all elements have been covered and to discuss any future training requirements.
5. First Aid Risk Assessment Implementation
Reviewed training of staff and of First Aid provisions. Check out the picture below of the Hydrasun staffroom which showcases a picture of the B.U.R.P.S. system which we use in training!
