Could you save a life! 12 like minded motorcyclists got together at Motorrad Central to learn life saving skills. Thank you Martin Williamson from Motojoe for making this happen. A busy day, in which the riders were put through a practical course, focused on the kind of incidents they may come across whilst on their travels.

The Sandstone first Aid team, dispelled a few myths;

• If they are not breathing you will have to remove a helmet
• If you need to stop a life threatening bleed or give CPR you may have to move them
