The Course

This team building programme teaches 3 vital life-saving skills

1. How to stop a life-threatening bleed.

Severe bleeding can kill within minutes. Knowing how to apply pressure, dress a wound or use a tourniquet can keep someone alive until help arrives.

2. How to do CPR and use a defibrillator

CPR keeps oxygen flowing when the heart stops. Acting quickly with the right technique greatly increases the chance of survival.

3. How to get help effectively

A defibrillator is simple and safe to use. It can restart the heart and is often the key to saving a life in cardiac arrest.

Once your team have learned the skills they will get the chance to try them out in a series of real life scenarios.

This is a 3 hour session delivered by a Sandstone Trauma First Aid instructor with real world emergency experience. Each participant will receive a Save A Life certificate and be invited to join the Save a Life partnership.

The course can be delivered at Sandstone Communications' location near Stirling, at your office or as part of an off-site event.

The cost of this session is £1500.00 + VAT and expenses.
